MooMoo Kidswear CC respects the personal information passed to us and recognises the importance of protecting your privacy. The data sent to us may be stored and used for individual customer care, and to process orders. By placing an order on our website, you will be added to our mailing list, from which you can expect to receive a maximum of 12 emails per year, with the option to unsubscribe at any point.  We undertake not to share your details with any Third Parties.

2. Liability

Since every effort has been taken to ensure a safe design of all of our products, we do not accept any liability for any adverse events that may arise from the use of our products, howsoever caused, and by purchasing any of our products you indemnify MooMoo Kidswear CC, and waive any claim against us, our agents, members and employees for any damages you or your child may suffer as a result of any MooMoo product.
