Refund and Returns Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Overview

Thank you for supporting MooMoo Kids. Our policy is to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, and as such we will do our utmost to achieve that!

Customer made Orders: We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on Custom made orders. Please make sure you are happy with the measurements and fabric that you are chosen. Feel free to contact us for any guidance before you place your order on orders@moomookids.co.za

Exchanges

If you have ordered a MooMoo garment and would like to exchange it, then you are welcome to return it to us (except for Custom made orders). Our policy in this instance is that you should return the garment to us and we will send you the replacement garment as soon as the original is received.

If you would prefer, we are happy to book our courier for the return and charge you only for the cost of that service.

The shipping cost of returning the item/s will be shouldered by the customer, and MooMoo Kids will cover the cost of the replacement item to you.

Customer made Orders: We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on Custom made orders. Please make sure you are happy with the measurements and fabric that you are chosen.

Return and Replace

MooMoo Kids takes quality of our products seriously, and while we strive for perfection, we accept that on the rare occasion imperfections may happen. Should you receive a garment that you believe to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of the problem, but within at least 6 months of delivery/collection of the product. We will up uplift the garment (at our expense) and repair or replace it for you.

Customer made Orders: We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on Custom made orders. Please make sure you are happy with the measurements and fabric that you are chosen.

We will take any problems or feedback and investigate the problem extensively so that we can continually improve on the quality of our products.

Refunds

Should you decide after receiving your order, that you would simply prefer to return it, then you may send it back to us. Once we receive the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 7 working days. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the product is at the expense of the returnee.

Customer made Orders: We do NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds on Custom made orders. Please make sure you are happy with the measurements and fabric that you have chosen.

We will refund you via bank EFT into your chosen bank account.
